Terms of Service

1. The game
Mini Planet is an online game. "Land", "airships", "satellites" and in-game resources are virtual items inside the game. Buying them gives you a licence to use those items inside Mini Planet for as long as the service runs; it does not give you ownership of any real property or of the software.
2. Purchases
Prices are shown in US dollars before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe. Because virtual items are delivered immediately and are usable at once, purchases are final and non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise or where we fail to deliver the item.
3. Land resales between players
Players may list their land and sell it to neighbouring players. The buyer pays through Stripe; the seller receives 80% and Mini Planet keeps 20% as a platform fee. Sellers must complete Stripe's onboarding to receive payouts. Buildings on resold land transfer to the buyer.
4. Your content
You are responsible for the names, chat messages and images you upload (sky banners, airships, satellites). Do not upload content that is illegal, hateful, sexual, misleading, infringes someone else's rights, or advertises things you are not allowed to advertise. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules, without refund.
5. Fair play
Do not cheat, exploit bugs, harass other players or interfere with the service. Accounts are personal; one account per person.
6. Availability
We aim to keep Mini Planet running but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. If the service is discontinued, virtual items expire with it.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Mini Planet is provided "as is" and our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
