Privacy Policy

Last updated: 5 September 2026 · Applies to minipla.net

Mini Planet ("we", "us") is an online game at minipla.net where players buy pieces of a small virtual planet, build on them and interact with each other in real time. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and what your rights are.

1. What we collect

2. Why we use it

Legal bases under the GDPR: performance of our contract with you (running the game and processing purchases), our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure, and your consent for optional uploads such as promo images.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data and we do not use advertising trackers. Your username, character, builds and uploaded promo images are visible to all players by design.

4. Cookies and local storage

We use browser local storage to keep you signed in and to remember small preferences (for example whether you have seen the help screen). We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

5. Retention

Your account and game data are kept for as long as you have an account. Purchase records are kept as long as required for accounting and tax purposes. Server logs are kept for a short period only.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to certain processing. Deleting your account removes your profile and builds; land you own returns to the game. Contact us at privacy@minipla.net. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

7. Children

Mini Planet involves real-money purchases and is intended for adults. Do not use the service if you are under 18.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version; material changes will be announced in the game.
